It depends on your goals... If you are going for credibility and respect and make your money by affiliate reviews, or creating your own products I dont think that a having a big rss and low traffic is a bad thing. But if you money is made off your adds it definately is a bit scary.

Yeah, most of blogger make money through ads, so its need more traffics.. without traffics there is no income (i still don't make any money from this blog)

Readers are an important measure of a blogs success and having a large numbers of readers is going to make you more attractive to advertisers. A blog without RSS looks unprofessional. Keep the RSS button!!
