i have just tried to start my own blog, but i am on a 2Mbps connection, so i am confused how much time is it taking to load up on slow connections...

In general - add caching, add indexes to the columns in the database you sort on, don't request data from the database you don't need.

Thanks, I never heard of this tool. You probably get different speeds at different times.

You seem to have a lot of elements on your page. Try reducing the amount of posts you display and the amount of flash ads.

Hello there, I don't really trust iWebTools, I rely on the internet speed of my dial up and once it loads fast there I should have no problems with my blogs, so far my blog loads on an average speed, takes quite some time for the first load but significantly lesser loading time for second and every other successful page viewed.

Nice blog that you have, hope you could visit back and check my blogging tutorials sections or probably mind to trade links?
